Westminister Homeowner’s Association (WHOA) – Refund Policy

All payments made through the WHOA online portal are applied to membership dues, assessments, or related HOA fees. As these payments support community operations, they are generally non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Erroneous charges due to system error

Refund Process:

  • Submit refund requests within 14 days of the transaction.
  • Include payment confirmation and explanation.
  • Requests will be reviewed within 10 business days.
